The location was great
All the cookies were gone in the evening, the gal at the front desk did not know anything about the rewards program, breakfast was not replenished unless you asked for what you wanted.

We have stayed there before but first time with booking. Com. Whn we got there they had no record of reservation. I gave them booking # and they didn't have that either. I called Booked.net and about 40 minute wait to get ahold of someone. After that trauma-- all was good they gave us an upgrade room for price of room we reserved. Don't know what happened.
Didn't like they didn't have reservation. I showed them the updates from booking. Com. However hotel was very accomodating. Didn't like hold time at booking. com. Agent was very nice-- said it was high volune calling-- but when you have driven for 8 hours and have 2 restless dogs, and no where to stay with thevdun going down its a little frustrating.

We had a clean room with exceptionally comfortable bed and a safe, television and a fridge. The bathroom was particularly good, it was nice to have a bathtub.
Didn't like the staff, some of them were terrible.

quiet and clean
room wasn't ready by 3 p.m. and the motel had 45 middle schoolers staying and they over ran the breakfast room. I realize that is not something that can be avoided.

The breakfast provided a great variety of options, with freshly baked croissants and hearty oatmeal. The room was spacious and comfortable, far exceeding my expectations for a couple of nights away in clackamas.

Comfortable Beds and Great Location
The location was fantastic, offering easy access to local restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness of the bathroom could have been improved, as I noticed some areas that seemed a bit worn down.
